The compound is almost ready, only the roof needs to be built and the finall touch has to be made. Medina Salaam is a very nice village the plot is located on the paved road (see picture from google earth).On the plot there is a water well and different kind of fruit trees. The compound consists of a living-room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms with each one a private bathroom (3 bathrooms). The house has three veranda's as well.Because of the rain seasons the establishment of the compound is made of high quality, so it is extra strong. If you wish you can build an extra floor before placing the roof.I want to sell this because my work brings me to another part of Africa.
